1. Non-Ascii characters (accented letters) such as 'ê' or 'ü' are often coded differently from what the system expects. The encoding in the shopping cart is unicode (utf-8), rather than Western European; the simplest solution to this problem is simply to enter an ASCII equivalent, like 'e' or 'u'. 

2. If you have successfully placed the order but not received your books, please take into account the shipping times published by Royal Mail if you have chosen any of the non-courier options as well as the time required for us if the book is temporarily out of stock. If you believe this time has passed and you have still not received your books, please write to .

All orders can be cancelled prior to shipping. Please email with your purchase order number or transaction ID in the case of online orders. We only charge your credit card when we are about to ship, so an item can only be refunded after this time in accordance with our returns policies.

We have recently updated and simplified our postage charges. For larger quantities, please write to us, but our standard postage charges are per item and destination (for which we have only UK and Worldwide). These postage charges may change in the near future.
