Prof. Jorge Febles	Into the Mainstream	For unanticipated professional reasons, Into the Mainstream: Essays in Spanish American and Latino Literature and Culture became a far more difficult enterprise than I envisioned originally. Therefore, the timeline that I proposed initially proved difficult to meet for me and for the sixteen scholars who agreed to participate in the project. Nonetheless, Cambridge Scholars Publishing supported the endeavor wholeheartedly despite the delays, allowing it to develop without submitting me to undue pressures. I was impressed throughout with the professionalism of the editorial staff. They helped a great deal with the formatting process and returned nearly flawless galleys to me with remarkable promptness. Given my experience, I would certainly undertake another book project with Cambridge Scholars Publishing, and I encourage other authors to consider it as a venue for scholarly projects.
